After installing and configuring the Netop Host module, users of Connect will use Pack'n Deploy to compile a transform file (.mst) based on the configuration of this Netop Host. When you get to the configuration tab of the Pack'n Deploy you would normally be able to choose the Netop configuration files from the Host's Program Data folder. Windows 7 has User Account Control (U.A.C.) enabled by default and if the user has never accessed this folder before, Windows will not display the contents of this folder. As a consequence of this, the configuration files are not visible in Pack'n Deploy.
To resolve this issue simply navigate to the folder where the Netop Host stores its application data using Windows Explorer. The U.A.C. will give you a message on the Host folder: "You don't currently have permission to access this folder. Click Continue to permanently get access to this folder." After clicking continue on the message, the files will now be visible in Windows. Return to Pack'n Deploy's Configuration tab and refresh the path by clicking on Browse, then OK. The files will now be visible in Pack'n Deploy. You may also restart Pack'n Deploy to refresh the display.
Windows computers that do not have U.A.C. enabled will not exhibit this behavior.
The ProgramData folder is a hidden folder by default and you may have to set the folder options in Windows to show hidden files and folders. Do not confuse the "Program Data" folder with the "Program Files" folder.
Here is the default path to the Host's configuration files by Windows operating system:
Windows 7 32-bit, Server 2008 32-bit, Vista 32-bit
C:\ProgramData\Impero\Impero Connect\Host
Windows 7 64-bit, Server 2008 64-bit, Vista 64-bit
C:\ProgramData\Danware Data\C\Program Files (x86)\Impero\Impero ConnectHost
