When connecting from the Netop Guest to the Netop Host running on Linux via the Netop Security Server, the following message is displayed: “Security Server not available”.
Workaround:
- On the Impero Host running on Linux, open the Impero Host Manager (from Tools > Options, enter the account for changing the Host configuration and click on OK).
- Go to Local Configuration > Host Computer > Addresslists branch and add the Netop Security Server IP.
- Go to Local Configuration > Host Computer > Communication branch > UDP and create a new entry in the broadcast list adding the address list that contains the ISS IP.
NOTE: To ensure that changes have been applied, restart the Netop Host after the setup changes.
