How to report a security vulnerability

At Netop, protecting our customers and their data is a top priority. If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability in any of our products, we want to hear from you so we can investigate and address it as quickly as possible.

Please report security vulnerabilities to security@netop.com, a dedicated email address monitored by our security team. Reporting through this channel ensures your finding reaches the right people directly and is handled with appropriate confidentiality.

Please make sure to select the "Vulnerability" ticket type and include any additional information you find relevant. 

What to include

To help us assess and reproduce the issue efficiently, we recommend including:

• A clear description of the vulnerability and the product or component affected
• The steps required to reproduce it
• The potential impact or what an attacker could achieve
• The version, environment, or configuration where you observed it
• Any supporting materials, such as screenshots, logs, or proof-of-concept details

You don't need to have every detail worked out — send whatever level of information you're comfortable with, and we'll follow up if we need more.

What happens after you report

Once we receive your report:

• Our security team logs and reviews the submission
• We investigate to validate and understand the scope of the issue
• We work to develop and release a fix based on severity and risk

Netop follows the applicable reporting requirements under the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA). If a reported vulnerability is validated and meets the CRA notification criteria, Netop will submit the required notification through the CRA Single Reporting Platform (SRP), for delivery to the relevant national CSIRT and ENISA.
