Overview
This document describes the configuration steps required to create help requests from an Android Host or a Windows Host.
Help requests allow a Host device to request assistance from a Guest using Netop Remote Control.
Procedures
Create a Help Request from an Android or Windows Host
To create a help request from an Android Host or a Windows Host, complete the following steps in order.
1. Configure the Guest
Ensure the Guest is set up to receive help requests.
2. Configure the Netop Gateway (if applicable)
If help requests are sent through the Netop Gateway, configure the Gateway accordingly.
3. Configure the Host
Set up the Android Host or Windows Host to allow help requests.
4. Request Help
Initiate the help request from the Host device.
