Netop vPro / AMT
Intel vPro is an enterprise platform that enhances device security, manageability, and reliability. A core component of the platform, Intel Active Management Technology (AMT), enables out-of-band remote management of supported devices, independent of the operating system.
Intel AMT allows to remotely power on, reset, or diagnose systems—even when devices are powered off or unresponsive—provided they are connected to power and a network.

Deployment and Value
Intel AMT is managed through a centralized console and supports secure activation profiles, including Admin Mode for unattended systems. By enabling reliable remote management across distributed environments, Intel vPro with AMT lowers operational costs, improves system availability, and strengthens enterprise IT control.
Netop integrates with Intel Active Management Technology (AMT) to provide hardware-level, out-of-band remote management for Intel vPro – enabled devices. Through the Netop Guest application and its embedded AMT Console, administrators can remotely activate, manage, and troubleshoot devices independently of the operating system.
Netop uses a Host–Guest architecture, where the Host communicates directly with the Intel AMT firmware, while the Guest provides the centralized management interface. During activation, Netop automatically generates and securely transfers AMT activation profiles to the Host, which then provisions the device firmware.
Once activated, Netop enables secure remote power control, KVM access, hardware monitoring, and BIOS-level operations, ensuring continuous device management even when systems are powered off or unresponsive.
