Version 13.09 of Netop is now available

This release focuses on strengthening security, improving stability, and refining key remote support workflows across Netop components.

Key Improvements

• Improved Clipboard Transfer Control

Added an option to skip images during clipboard transfer. The setting is available under Tools > Program Options > Clipboard > "Skip Images from Clipboard Transfer".

• More Predictable Clipboard Behavior

Automatic clipboard transfer now works in single-session scenarios only, preventing incorrect behavior when one Guest connects to several Hosts simultaneously.

• Maintenance Password Management via NowUtil

Added support for rotating and updating maintenance passwords through the NowUtil command-line interface.

Security Improvements

• Stronger Cryptographic Options

Added the Extra High encryption level with support for 4096-bit key lengths for RSA and Diffie-Hellman, helping deployments align with stricter security requirements such as BSI TR-02102-1. This option is not supported for Security Server and Gateway.

General Enhancements

• Improved AMT Activation Status Visibility

AMT activation status information is now clearer across Guest, Host, and Portal workflows. The Portal can distinguish whether activation was performed through Portal, direct Guest/Host activation, or an external service.

• AMT Console 1.22.6 Support

Added support for AMT Console version 1.22.6.

• AMT Availability on Windows 7

Removed the AMT button from Windows 7 builds, as AMT is no longer supported on Windows 7.

Removed Features

• Remote Printing

Remote Printing has been removed because it is a legacy feature.

Maintenance and Updates

• Performed general codebase maintenance to improve long-term reliability.

This is a minor release and does not require a license key.
