This is a list of supported mobile devices in the Netop Portal.
Android Host – requirements
Android version 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4.x
The Host module supports devices that run Android version 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4.x.
The Host is available as an .APK package for installation directly on the Android device or as an .MSI package for installation via a PC. If you download the .MSI installation package, you receive the Mobile Host Manager, a Windows PC program for easy configuration of the configuration settings available for the Android Host module.
During the installation and start of the Host, Android may ask permission for the Host to access various resources. The user must provide such permission. The Host may also require that a WiseMo add-on module is downloaded and installed. Such a module can be necessary to allow remote desktop control of the device.

- Samsung
- Honeywell
- LG
- Lenovo (Tablets)
- Honeywell,
- Zebra devices that supports the Zebra Mobility Extensions (MX) framework 8.3 or better.
- Archos
- Sony (most Xperia devices released before 2019 and Android 8+ versions)
- Huawei
- Mitac, Fieldbook, Hanspree, eWave, Crosscall, Intermec, Datalogic, Philips, SonimTech, eCom, Unitec and many others
- CyanogenMod and LineageOS
- Devices with root access (require Android Host downloaded from WiseMo).
- All other modern devices, where the Host can access the necessary system resources, for example via installation of the WiseMo Universal remote control Add-on.

Win Mobile / CE – requirements
The packages are available as a .CAB package for installation directly on the Mobile device and also as an .MSI package for installation via a Windows PC. The .MSI installation file includes the Mobile Host Manager, a Windows PC program for configuration of the Mobile Host module.
