OnDemand is available for iOS devices version 13, 14 or higher and IPadOS devices version 14 or higher. With Netop OnDemand for iOS you can provide secure remote support over the Internet. Through the Netop Portal, a technician can initiate an OnDemand Session with an iOS device and can view their display and initiate the audio chat feature to offer remote support.
You can download the Netop OnDemand application for iOS from:
- the AppStore
- the link you received from your technician
- the QR code from the download page
Netop OnDemand for iOS requires the permission to broadcast your screen before the remote control session can start.
NOTE: Netop OnDemand for iOS offers you a view-only mode of the iOS device's screen.
