What to include in your message
To help us better understand your idea and evaluate it effectively, we recommend including as much of the following information as possible:
A short summary of your idea or request
The problem you’re trying to solve or the use case behind the request
Who would benefit from this feature (e.g., admins, end users, IT teams)
How you imagine it working, if you have a specific approach in mind
Any examples, screenshots, or workflows that help explain your idea
You don’t need to include everything, send whatever level of detail you’re comfortable with. Even brief suggestions are welcome.
What happens after you send it
Your request is logged and reviewed by our product team
Similar requests may be grouped together to help us identify trends and priorities
While we may not be able to respond individually or commit to timelines, every submission is read and considered as part of our ongoing product development efforts
