On the device running the Host module add this line under the [HOST] section of the c:\windows\Netop.ini file
[HOST]
BlankingImg=<full_path_to_image>
e.g. BlankingImg="c:\Program Files (x86)\Earth_(large).gif"
Restart Netop Helper Service in Windows Services to activate setting.
